While we have roots in the German-speaking community, our events are open to everyone.

For free events, no cancellation is required, though we appreciate it if you update your RSVP if your plans change. This helps us manage numbers and create better experiences for everyone.
For paid events, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including non-attendance or change of mind. This is standard practice, similar to airline bookings or concert tickets—your ticket secures a place that can’t be re-sold once booked.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may request a name transfer. We’re happy to allow someone else to take your place, as long as you notify us in advance.
By attending our events, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless M45 Service Pty Ltd trading as Stein & Sunsets, and its organisers, directors, employees, volunteers and agents from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, theft, or other loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, any claim against us is limited to the amount paid for the event ticket. For free events, no compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during events.
Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance or let an event organizer know on the day.
